Refund Policy

I want you to be extremely happy with any course you buy from me. If you have any questions about a course, never hesitate to reach out to noel@nextelvelchess.blog.

As I am extremely confident in the products I sell, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unhappy with your purchase.

All refunds are subject to two simple terms and conditions:

• No refunds will be issued after 14 days. No exceptions.
• I reserve the right to evaluate all requests and make decisions accordingly. The refund policy is for students to be able to see if my courses are good for them. It does NOT exist to refund people who want to steal my content without paying for it.
